Sales Representative – Machinery and Accessories

With patents for our industry-leading design, we manufacture commercial-grade equipment for all applications from gardens to councils and broadacre farming. We’re making big changes to the way people think about their weed problems – we need you, to turn our leads, into sales!
We are headquartered in Terrey Hills, Sydney and we are looking for a sales professional who can manage and convert leads generated by our marketing. This role is substantially office-based.
Qualifications/Skills:
- 1+ years experience in sales within a plant and equipment sales environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organisational skills
- Proficiency with Google suite and Microsoft office suite and CRM
- Background in sales and horticulture
Objectives of this role:
- Increase sales % of qualified leads generated by marketing
- Shorten the sales cycle, by assisting our customers to start solving their weed management problem sooner
- Increase average sale value by adding value options to the solutions offered
- Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets through the implementation of our sales processes
- Manage the leads and opportunity pipeline in our CRM
- Provide transparency of the work schedule
- Contribute to the improvement of customer experience and automation of processes
Responsibilities:
- Establish ongoing working relationships with new clients
- Have a deep understanding of our product range
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Identify new sales opportunities
- Set appointments, make effective discovery calls, and deliver closing roadmap sessions
- Prepare reports and proposals required for executive-level presentations
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentation
- Attend events, shows exhibitions
Remuneration
This role is highly incentivised with uncapped commissions and a retainer.
